Paid my money at takeout window. Was told to pull forward. Fifteen minutes later nothing ever happened. I Had called my order in twenty minutes before. They have my money still.

Was this last night? I'm actually a manager here and had a Togo person tell me today that someone left last night without ever coming back for food and had already paid. (I was not the manager for last night I was off) If you call and let me know when you ordered I can ensure you received the meal you paid for. We don't take food outside, normally they ask for you to pull back around, not just pull up.

Why does no one ever answer the phone?? ??????!! Nowhere near closing time so what is the deal????
