Paid my money at takeout window. Was told to pull forward. Fifteen minutes later nothing ever happened. I Had called my order in twenty minutes before. They have my money still.
Was this last night? I'm actually a manager here and had a Togo person tell me today that someone left last night without ever coming back for food and had already paid. (I was not the manager for last night I was off) If you call and let me know when you ordered I can ensure you received the meal you paid for. We don't take food outside, normally they ask for you to pull back around, not just pull up.
Why does no one ever answer the phone?? ??????!! Nowhere near closing time so what is the deal????
?? Could possibly be busy. If I were you I would ask to talk to the manager when ever they do pick up. 😞

Love eating at Papa Nacho's when I am in the area. Friendly, courteous, and helpful staff. Great ambiance. Food is really good Tex-Mex, and the menu includes everything you would expect to find plus a few specialties!

Papa Nachos is that kind of place where the food is hot, service is good and just a good place for Mexican food. My granddaughter and I are regulars. She loves the refried beans with the tamale. As for me, I’ve eaten it all.

This is our closest fave go to for Mexican food in our area. Hubby loves the salsa, the fresh chips, the burritos, the chalupas, the enchiladas, the guacamole. Haven't found anything we don't like here!! Very friendly and helpful staff and management.

I love this place. Both managers are amazing one helped me at a very hard point in my life. I was new to the area with my family. She made some special time she didn't have. The people make this place the best place in town. By the way thank you....

The service was okay, waitress was nice. They only give you about shotglass half full of salsa for your chips, hut they do give you a full mustard bottle full of ?melted butter for... ? (I'm still not sure what?) The tortilla chips tasted like butter , I have to be honest and say I haven't eaten a lot of authentic Mexican food to know if this was supposed to be real Mexican food and maybe I'm just used to eating Texmex? I wasn't crazy about it.

Pittsburg has more than one Mexican food restaurant, but Papa Nachos is my personal favorite. Food is real good and the service is normally real good too. It's a pretty restaurant!

Two stars simply because the chips and salsa were free and the decor was nice. I had some hope my quesadilla would have some flavor but it was very bland and boring. Something was wrong with my order and the manager gave me a free dessert card to cash in on my next visit. I will not be returning.Service was very slow on a day that was not busy. The wait staff were pleasant.The ambiance is nice. The decor was the main reason I had my hopes up for some authentic food. If you are not local and are scrolling for a place to stop for a bite to eat....keep scrolling.

This is by far some of the best Mexican food I have had in a long time. My husband got the beef fajitas. When I say they don't play around here, I mean it. The plate came out sizzling so much there was smoke in the air for 20 minutes. Every nite he took just melted in his mouth. The beef was tender and juicy. I had the enchiladas and they were some of the best enchiladas I've ever had. The cheese was so gooey and melty and the sauce was so decadent. Our server was Fran and I recommend anyone who comes here to request her. She showed such genuine care to us. By far the sweetest woman I've met in a while. Definitely come here! You will not be disappointed!

Food was good but wait was terrible. Called in order, said be ready in 15 minutes. Went to drive thru. and sat there for 5 min. before waited on, told to go back thru line and be ready in 15 min. Well another 40 min later got food.

Crystal was a wonderful waitress they have homemade tortillas and there’s more than you can eat for a great price my family definitely had a great experience wonderful food and again crystal was beyond wonderful she had our food and order out fast nobodies tummies where empty

At first you would think this place would great because it's big and it has the whole Mexican theme down but your not there to look at it your there to eat. The menu is your standard Mexican food but they did have a couple unique items. I ordered one and ate it and it tasted werid I forgot what it was called but it sucked. They did have free chips and salsa which was nice but service was slow. I understand that they were busy but still. One more this is NOT a place to go if you have food allergies or dietary restrictions.

Shame that employees and management of this establishment felt it necessary to discriminate against a first responder and SURVIVOR of C19 by forcing the party to leave because they found out she was a survivor. Retraining at the very least and possibly even termination may be warranted. Will not spend any money here in the future.

Papa Nachos is the best Mexican restaurant in Pittsburg Texas. The service is always good. The chips and hot sauce are very flavorful. On this visit I had the combination nachos. They were fantastic!!!!!! I have always liked Papa Nachos. They do a good job to is patrons. Come here and you won't be disappointed!!! Keep up the good work!!! And as always God Bless THIS PRECIOUS RESTAURANT!!!!!

Food is great, service is usually wonderful and the pricing is great if you are paying cash. If not you will be charged a 3.5% surcharge for the privilege of using your credit card. I find this concept reprehensible. As a small business owner myself I would not pass along the charges like this regardless. I know nothing is free but the percentage they are charging is horrible and over what they pay unless their financial institution is taking them over the coals. Regardless, diners beware of the additional cost when dining here so you aren’t caught off guard.

I have always passed by this store on my way to Longview and I finally got the chance to stop by! This is a neat and cool restaurant similar to Two Senioritas in Mount Pleasant. The menus are similar and for this visit I ordered the three enchiladas combo...very good btw! Quiet, and nice atmosphere. Servers do not get all in your face, they come when you need them! Very nice, I will be going back! Clean restrooms!

Like an oasis in the desert....We almost always eat at Papa Nachos when we come thru Pittsburg on our way to Tyler. Brisket tacos and fajitas are on point. Chips and salsa are delicious. The Margaritas look yummy but I've never had one. Maybe some day!

The service here is fine but they literally put about 1/2 pound of cheese on top of every plate. If you want everything super cheesey, go and enjoy! Otherwise, go somewhere else. The food was better when they were in their old, tiny building
